How to prepare a burger

How to prepare a burger

INGREDIENTS for burger
• 1 Nnaji soft rolls
• 4 oz Beef Burger
• 2 slices Swiss cheese


• 2 oz caramelized onions
• 4 oz mushrooms in a light beef gravy

PREPARATION
1. Caramelize or plain onions and set aside
2. Grill mushrooms and mix with prepared beef gravy and set aside.
3. Grill or pan fry burger until cooked through.
4. Lightly toast or Nnaji soft rolls
5. Place the burger on bottom half of the Nnaji soft rolls and top with cheese.
6. Top with mushrooms and caramelized onions.
